Compiled for use with prop_static
What exactly is this? This is a custom dispenser set up for use in maps as a prop_static, with the intention of being made unsappable.
Unsappable dispensers can already be made with stock materials by forgoing obj_dispenser and instead changing a dispenser into a prop that has an mapobj_cart_dispenser entity attached to it. But the normal dispensers cannot be used as a prop_static, this one can be, and it has a custom texture that makes it very clear why someone would want to do all the above.

I don't think so, because then it wouldn't be a sentry gun anymore, it would just be a prop.
The only reason the dispenser works is because you can assign a mapobj_dispenser to it.
Just thought I'd ask but can one of these be made for a sentry, but making it so that while it can be sapped it cannot be destroyed. I know if you just make it unable to take damage you can still destroy it with the red tape recorder, so is there any way around that?
Looks very good! I may not personally use this (I don't map for trade maps etc.), but it certainly should have use among many.
