This prefab contains a info_player_start entity for the purpose of helping the mapper determine where the trigger_push entity will push. After positioning the prefab, check the angles of the trigger_push entity and match them to the angles of the info_player_start entity.
Imagine the info_player_start entity being pushed off the trigger_push entity.
