The settings tab does not allow manual input of the custom folder path.

It's really only a one-time 'problem', but at that a pretty darn annoying one.

How add the reworked loadout screen to this hud without my a and d loadout buttons being cutt off?

It works just fine for me. Are you using ToonHUD only, or are you trying to put the loadout menu to other HUD? What's your resolution?

I'm using toonhud and my resolution is 1366*768

    Can you take a screenshot?

Is it possible to only get parts of the mod? If so, how?

Well, basically you can just copy files you want. But you also have to copy used colors, borders and fonts in ClientScheme.res file. Not impossible, but not super simple either.

I'm not exactly sure if it's the new update or something on my end, but the low ammo warning doesn't flash the ammo reserve numbers, but instead shows a flashing colored rectangle in the upper left hand corner. It also seems to grow with less ammo in reserve.

Hmm. Do you have other customizations that could change the hud? Maybe an old hud in custom folder? Have you tried to verify integrity of game cache?

That was the issue it seems, I had a new additional mod that messed with the flashing animations.
