Simplified TF2 Menu (v7)

A simplified version of the new TF2 menu

My attempt at improving the new main menu.

The backgrounds are not included, they're from a pack that adds 50 screenshots from Meet The Team videos as menu backgrounds. You can download that here.

*Now includes files for each monitor ratio. The default file is optimized for 4:3 and will work on any ratio, however the included files have been fitted for specific ratios as much as possible and will look better and more orderly. Simply copy the files out of their folders and paste them into tf/resource/ui and overwrite the 4:3.

Compatibility is the original Valve positions, only use it if your ratio is lower than 4:3.

Compatibility is now the default.

    I love this menu, but can you please update it? The most recent patch broke it.

    Ah, I didn't make a 5:4 version. I'm about to finish up a new version so I'll include one for you, but my graphic settings don't include 5:4 so I can't make it look perfect, so instead I'll just move those buttons back to Valve's default position.

    I was trying your new menu but i have an issue http://www.flickr.com/photos/strikeuno/4701292207/sizes/l/ as you can see it doesn't fit into my screen, if you can just tell me what setting to change that'll be great. p.s. my resolution is 1280x1024

    Good ideas, I was wondering what to do with the options button, moving it with the others seems like a good solution. I'll get right on it.

    Although offline practice is by default up there in the main part, it's one of the subbuttons for "start playing"

    I agree that it's better, but Im still not ready to assess it yet. You fixed two of my main compaints, the "Beat this..." and the bars taking up half the screen. But I think it could be improved more. Have Options on the main part of the screen, and perhaps the "Offline practice" option too. If possible.
